Born and raised in Newcastle, England where his mother instilled in him the love of tennis.  A top junior, at seventeen, David came to America to play Division One Tennis at Austin Peay State University. He received a Bachelor's Degree in Health and Physical Education.

 

After a brief stint playing on the futures circuit, David began coaching tennis in New York City and the Hamptons before relocating to LA.  As a highly sought after coach in LA, David has taught players of all ages, from toddlers to adults and as well as group lessons and USTA teams. David is also a certified USPTA coach holding elite pro level status.

 

David offers individual, and group lessons as well as various tennis clinics at a private residence in Chatsworth.
